Beginning this 2015 -2016 season STFC is offering a new Cross Country Program for athletes Bantam age and younger. Dan Andrews will be the Coach and the program will run from Tuesday Sept.8th until Cross Country Provincials, which we will be hosting, at Victoria Park on Sat.  Oct. 24th. The program will run Tue. And Thur. to begin and may change at Dan’s discretion. The program will follow the LTAD Model so there will be no big mileage. This gives the younger athletes a chance to have a base program to prepare for the indoor season. The 1st workout will be at Griffiths Stadium meeting at the Dog out front on Tues., Sept. 8th at 4:30 pm.  Please contact Laura ( to register.  Any questions may be directed to Murray McCormick at 306-250-9161.

All Groups will move outside to Griffith’s Stadium starting May 1/15.
